Okay, my mom was chopping onions around 20 minutes ago. And my mom dropped a onion peice. And my dog ate it. ): It was around 1 inch long and around 2 centimeters thick. Will he be fine? I have been observing him and he seems to be fine, and I will keep observing him. Also, roght after he ate the piece of onion I gave him a bowl full of water and he drank 3/4 of the bowl. Okay, so heres the question will he be okay? Also, how much of an onion do dogs need to eat for it to be toxic. Also, can you give me some links to a list of toxic foods to dogs.

I cant take him to the vet since its closes at 6 and its 6:41 over here. And the Emergancy Vets is closed since there is a tropical storm watch over here where I live.

i am getting ready for hurricane Gustav and i am lost about what to do with the windows i don’t have the money for plywood to board up the windows so what else do i use, and my husband car where should it go i’m not all so this is my first time being alone for a hurricane i have been through plenty of hurricane in my entire life but i am unaware on what to do i can’t call my family cause half of them are dead or gone nuts or lost of memory and in-laws well they are from idaho and they defiantly wouldn’t know help???? yes i know i should know what to do since i grow up around hurricane but i am all alone my husband deployed and i’m lost?

We left Battle Creek and as we arrived in the State of Tennasee, we just missed getting hit by 6 Tornadoes. We saw a lot of damage. Fortunately, God was with us, because we were stopped because we needed gasoline. As we traveled along we got into a road block because of these tornadoes which slowed us down for at least 2 hours. We finally arrived at Atlanta to a Green Tree Hotel. Very nice. Very beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. We shopped in the underground area. Had lunch there and then went through the Coca Cola shopping and entertainment center. After that we shopped in a Mall and found some good buys. Then we headed back by rail. We were picked up by a van and taken back to the hotel. Tired, but refreshed by the hot tub and swimming pool. Then relaxed and watched TV and finally another day and off to sleep. Very nice.

I live in Florida and hurricane season is at its peak. Two storms already making their way, far but surely.

I have been told that you cannot have shutters up at certain times or you will be penalized. When is the right time? Do I need to see the weather advisory as hurricane warning or watch before putting them up with no penalty. I am totally confused…thanks

I have 3 chickens. I live in South Dakota and it has started snowing and its really cold. They do have shelter but no heat lamp. I am afraid their feet will get frost bite or something. Should I be worried? Can anyone give good advice on chickens? They have shelter, but they always roost outside in the snow. WHY? Isn’t it tooooo cold? Please tell me what I should do!! I love my little chickens they are my pets!
