Ballpark Figure Needed - Homeowners/Hurricane Insurance in FL?
I’d like to know how much you think homeowners insurance would be on a 2,000 sq. ft. home, west of I 95?
It would be a newer home, built 2003 and worth in the market of 5,000.
Just a ballpark figure will do. We’re relocating but not ready to contact a broker yet.
P.S……Let me know how much you pay even if the house is worth slightly less or more than the one we’re thinking of.

I pay around $2600 a year with Nationwide for a slightly older house (1999) worth $300, 000. But its East of I-95… Towards the beach, but not close enough to require flood Insurance. I don’t know how much flood insurance would add to that.
