They're interesting ideas for names, but yeah. It sounds like more like something out of some typical Hollywood movie... I doubt they'd work to have people listen to the warnings and besides, the people who aren't prepared usually are people who underestimate the power of hurricanes so the names probably wouldn't do much of anything.
