		<description>That's not true; it IS by destruction. Check out the Elie, Manitoba tornado - it was rather small but was an F5 anyways. Compare it to wedge tornadoes and see the size difference.

An F0 can be larger than an F5 in width or length or volume or whatever other physical characteristics. Unlikely but possible.</description>
