		<description>Being prepared is the best thing you can do. Take a tip from campers. Get a large storage tote with a lockable lid. Fill it with necessities, canned food, a small propane stove,a sleeping bag, bottled water, toilet paper, some flashlights, a small radio and batteries. You might also want to put the originals of any important papers in there as well. We lived in South Carolina for 15 years, remember what Hugo did to us. Running out at the last minute is never a good idea. Those who do always buy milk and perishables that require refigeration. Herre's a link to help:

		<description>been through several of the storms while living in the houston area and i have to say, i have never prepared for any of them. i'm lazy and not to worried about them actually hitting us.</description>
