WICKED!!!!!!!!!!!
incredible mesocyclone and tornado!!! these lightning strikes were very close and I think that most of them were a positive strikes which are loud and very dangerous…
That is awesome!!! I was surprised that there was hail and a lightning storm coming down together with the tornado. The tornado just rapidly destroyed the house in less than 10 seconds w/o picking the whole thing up!!!
Also, the debris also look like snow floating around the F-3 tornado when you guys are far away.
hopefuly us in mulvane will get another or better one tommarow
Ladies and gentlemen, I SAW this! The storm system jumped over our front yard! The chasers in this vid drove right past our house, and even asked us directions on where to turn. At 8:05 the house flattened belonged to the guy who runs the co op we get our feed from. (we’re storm spotters so yes we have pix)
As tragic as the damage done by this tornado is, I can’t help but awed by its power and beauty (especially when the sun shines on it and the rainbow appears).
You’re surprised that the tornado came with a thunderstorm? A tornado can’t form without one.
At 4:22 is that a tornado siren? Wow good vid and nice tornado… i loved it lol
Yeah, it was. I believe at that time, the sirens in both Mulvane and Udall, KS were going off. The land the tornado covered, started in South Mulvane, and then as it moved East, it passed only a couple miles north of Udall before it roped out and went back up. I don’t know when Mulvane’s sirens went off, but I heard Udall’s go off at about that time. We live just NE of Udall. (yes we saw it, the wall jumped us)
WOW that must’ve been pretty crazy! Were you scared? I would’ve been! So if your living in tornado alley do lots of tornadoes happen there alot?
you guys are so fucking stupid. you got overly excited and ruined the show. your like: ohh ohh. did you see that? hey did you see that? ohh ohh did you see that? stupid.. just plain stupid.. dont even try video taping naked ladys. your expressions will go threw the roof.
oh yeah, and futher more. i really hate when people laugh and talk at the same time.. am i suppose to laugh with you? should i keep laughing when you laugh? this is about as stupid as that movie scene from saving private ryan when ryan talks about his brothers and laughs at the same time… not funny.. maybe to you, but not funny
Actually, this may surprise you but I’ve only ever seen four tornadoes in my life. This one, the Rock tornado after it jumpped us, another one later that night, and then there was one funnel above our house that did not come down about a month after this one. Since then, no. A few wall clouds, big scary looking clouds but mostly just regular storms.
Scared, no. Actually I was the only one there who wasn’t. My sisters were freaking, and I just said “It’s not going to hit us.”
Wow thats really suprising! I can’t believe you’ve only seen 4! How long have you lived there for? Well your the brave one out of you guys lol I would be scared thats for sure.
I’ve lived out here since 2001. Before that, I lived in Wichita. It’s just a thing I have about tornados really.
One night one jumped over our house in Wichita. I never saw it, but I rode around looking at damages. I was about 10. And a thought came to me. “This will never happen to you.” I believe God gave me a promise back then. Call it what you like, but we have never been hit by a tornado, and I know without doubt we never will be. So when they come, I have no fear.
Wow thats crazy…
ufo 7:17
tiny lil thing but fuckin visous. i view tornadoes with tiny bases as a little more intense sometimes espicaily when you see them like this. reed ur awsome!
fuck you assface there doing there job. getting information so hopefully not as many die in future years! (from tronadoes numbnuts)
You mates got to be kidding? This is similar to the dust devils we get in the outback. You can drive your car through the little boogers. This thing never touched the ground. Why all the yelling and excitement?
well mate, in the outback do your lil dustdevils throw hundred or more pound hays bails hundreds of feet into the air, or rip trees out of the ground with ease, or maybe its because it passed over a house and fucked it to shit. idk. bottom line STRONG F-3′S ARE NOT DUSTDEVILS IN YOUR OUTBACK!
The difference is intensity. This tornado was a strong F3, capable of destroying large portions of well built houses, demolishing trailers and tossing trains. At 8:03 is the debris from a from a freshly destroyed house. Just beyond this would be F4 which can level most homes.
That tornado picked up like 500ft from the back door of my house. It took out my buddies house, and our saddle club. THis was a crazy night, stuff was nuts.
ok u drive throw a F3 tornado!!!!!!!!!!!
