For those who will have no power they wish they could get the news you now receive. And in case you missed it Katrina cost 2 billion dollars for the levies alone and they are not finished. New Orleans could wipe out all the good work to date. So, the idea is that if you only get power for a short while they want you to be able to get as much news as possible. Good Luck.
