The fact that this never happened is beside the point. Nobody ever said that it happened. Nobody ever reported that it happened, and there's not a single data point of evidence anywhere that it happened. What did happen was some people were turned back on bridge by some officers and there was a charge that some shots were fired, but nobody was killed or wounded or for that matter directly shot at. McKinney did bring this up, but she was only one of many folks that did. As we speak there's an investigation of this alleged event, but there were never 5000 prisoners shot in the head and dumped in the swamp. Do the math. Even if you had 100 shooters for 5000 people figure out how many each shooter would have to shoot. Figure out about how long it would take. How many people would you need to guard the prisoners waiting to be shot? Holy @#$%....if you're going to drive a swift-boat at least try to keep in some kind of logical water.
