You only listed positive options for #12. I’m didn’t do the survey but I’m a female in the army I would not know where to begin in how we’re treated differently. A lot of times I’ve been the only female and the hardest part is working with men who have been in 20+ years and never worked with a female.

You have good questions but you would get so much more info if you asked open ended question and post an email address for those who don’t want that much info posted in an open area.
