		<description>You are under watch, however the hurricane is not expected to make direct landfall, which is a good thing. You will probably experience the outer bands of Earl. However in case the storm takes a turn for the worse, you should take these procedures: 
- Get a large supply of food, water, medicines etc... 
- Board up windows 
- Stay away from ocean when it hits. Get to high ground 
- IF the order is given to evacuate your area, do so to encourage maximum safety. Right now you should be prepared to leave at any point.
As I stated earlier the storm in your area should not be to bad, but it is best to be prepared just in case.
