You could probably contact the ones nearest to your sister's home and ask them if they know of a treatment center that will be able to treat your sister's condition. Hers is a tough one because co-occuring disorders need to be treated simultaneously. Just ask around, call numbers, inquire whether they have specialists that can help your sister. I hope you find a treatment center soon. It's always tough when someone has dual diagnosis. I’ve included a list of hospitals below.
