This is a 400 feet+ tanker in 70+ feet waves…I don’t know why this video has so few viewers. It is most impressive.

Its actually about a 700ft vessel and the waves never exceeded much more than 50-60 feet. I crewed on this very bucket for two years. None-the-less, this is impressive footage.
Yup. 70-footers I’d guess. GREAT footage! When the bow lifts and you are looking at nothing but sky….JESUS what big rollers!
This tanker is a little over 600 feet…I used to work on it and I don’t think those seas are 70′….maybe 50′ at most.
I remember , 2nd. I was there! The capt. himself isn’t being sued, though there is legal stuff going on. Not really my place to comment further, though.
