wow and omg this was uploaded on my bday
the threat with a tornado isnt getting sucked up, its the flying debris. so lying in a ditch helps you avoid the debris.
I just figured out that this was in El Dorado, Kansas, and I drove right down this same road 2 days ago. I had no idea.
Scary.
That twister was a baby, if a twister is F3 or more DO NOT do that or you get sucked out. Funny thing they teach u that now they tell you not to
looks fun
Amazing video. It would’ve been better if they didn’t have that cheesy music and you could hear the natural sound of the tornado more.
even an f4 isn’t able to “suck up this bridge…
wow, what an experience this would have been. surreal
Well, since there is no way of telling how strong a tornado is by it’s appearance the bet advice it to simply not to seek shelter under a bridge. Also, even an F0 (which can lift a person off the ground) would be dangerous under these conditions. The reason these people weren’t hurt was because the tornado actually missed the bridge.
isn’t it annoying that tornadoes seem to chase tornado chasers? maybe its very rare for the tornado to coincidentialy
chase you,but all the videos i see show them going in your direction.
god is in control
I would need a new change of pants after going through that. Even if i took a shit before that happened, something is bound to come out of me.
nice
wow, i would be screaming like crazy! Like, man, its coming right at you! C’mon, id stay in the car and floor it.
INfamous
yes vanallan, and so is the easter bunny and the invisible man…grow up and be a man. Stop trying to “need” the invisible man to protect u. Be your own man and stop fearing death, just let go already
haha. okkkkkkayyyy. what ever you say
Guess their cars max out at 35mph…
not a safe place to take shelter from a tornado espically an overpass!
the wedge part is actualy safe for small tornados like this one!
small ones yes but u really shouldnt take a chance like tht
Its a better choice than staying in you’re car in the middle of the freeway!
well yes thts true but really if u can out run a tornado u really should
actually u might be right
Thats crazy man I would have toped out my cars topspeed if I was getting chased.
Most tornadoes on land does about 60-80mph Id think most basic cars should do no less than 100mph. No including sportscars that can hit 150mph.
