Philippines: Tropical Storm Ketsana leaves Manila in chaos
France 24 looks at the chaotic situation in Manila after tropical storm Ketsana hit the Philippine capital bringing with it the heaviest rain in more than four decades. At least 140 people have been reported dead, officials say.

Sana naman maging agenda ng gobierno ang POPULATION CONTROL,PHYSICAL PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT.Huwag nyo ng pakinggan ang simbahan.Yung Spain na nag colonized sa atin at nagbigay ng Kristianismo ay legal ang abortion,divorce & gay marriage.Hindi ko naman gustong sabihin na maging legal din sa atin ang mga tinukoy ko,ang akin lang ay kahit makontrol ang populasyon in a passive way like condom or Rhytm method at pabuyang tax insentive sa walang anak o iisa ang anak.Kontra din ako sa abortion.
Wala ng magiging prestine places sa Pilipinas pag lumaki pa ng 150 Million ang populasyon natin.This will happen in 15 yrs at the rate it is going.Okay sana kung kamukha lang tayo ng Japan w/ 120 M population pero maingat sila sa kapaligiran nila at maaayos ang inprastruktura at ekonomiya.
Pag dumami pa populasyon ng 150 Million ay ang mauubos din ang agricultural land & forest na nagbibigay sa atin ng oxygen at pagkain.Pag naubos ito ay wala ng magaabsorb ng CO2 at CO1,carbon dioxide & carbon monoxide at mas dadami ang pagbaha dahil wala nga sisipsip sa tubig sa mga bundok.Magiging sanhi rin ito ng global warming at pag uminit pa ang pacific ocean ay mas lalo pang dadami ang mga bagyong tatama sa Pilipinas.
