In the 2005 aftermath of hurricane Katrina, the utilities and logistics response time record was the best EVER. The blame was cast upon Bush personally and Bush alone. He was accused of causing the storm by not punishing human advancement based on debunked flawed climate change data. He was blamed for directing the path of the storm because he doesn’t care about "black people". He was blamed for the murders and looting because he doesn’t like "black people".

"Obama is working overtime and getting GREAT results in the relief effort. Just ask any mindnumb lockstep liberal and then look at the reality.
So how would Tristan feel about being called a monster for saving someone’s life in a house fire and the person behind him saving the next life a hero?

So in the movie he says he rather die a hero than a monster, so does that mean that he is making the whole thing up? Also you know how they said something about putting ice picks or something like that through their eyes? Is that what the guy was holding at the end when they walked with him. And lastly, the tree in front of the building was knocked over during the hurricane, so why was it there at the end?

Okay, they’ve had a complete disaster…like 20+ thousand people have apparently died, and they are missing about 40,000 to 50,000 people. Nations of the world are trying to send food and supplies to those in Myanmar who need it. But their stupid government isn’t allowing "foreigners" into the country. From what I have read in the news, the government is exchanging good food coming in (what little gets in, that is) with poor food…and shipping the poor food to the people involved in the disaster. Apparently the military is keeping the good food. What is wrong with this picture, and why is this Yangon/Myanmar government being so stupid about refusing help? It seems to be a rather poor place without the cyclone/hurricane that hit. Even more so now that it has hit…and it seems that some of the political leaders are trying to ‘label’ food cartons with their name, to try to make a big name for themselves and look like the hero.
