What kind of storm is this.. It looks like a tornado to me. But I found it under hurricane pictures. Doesnt look like a hurricane to me. What do yall think?

Bush was hated when he was on the ground touring parts of New Orl… oh that’s right, Bush never was on the ground in New Orleans. He spent the first 2 days after Katrina hit on vacation at Crawford Ranch, then finally flew over New Orleans for a photo-op, then landed at the airport to say "you’re doing a heckuva job, Brownie" as thousands of New Orleans resident were stranded on their rooftops with no rescue operations in sight.

I am trying to understand all these types of effects on photos and how to accomplish them. I can’t really explain this effect only as a sort of ‘glow effect’. With these three photos I’m not certain if they are they same effects or anything…

Makes no difference, lightning, thunder tornadoes, hail storms etc. I’m always outside with camera in hand to catch the action.
In the year 2008 while visiting the small town of Adrian Michigan a severe thunderstorm struck from out of nowhere thus, propping me to instantly go to the car for my digital camera. I took 20 or more pictures of this stormy sky quite unaware that I had accidentally caught something supernatural that would surprise the most skeptic critic.
It’s obvious that these letters or numbers? Were not met for only my interpretation therefore I chose to share them with the entire world. Too answer this question please review the photo on my Yahoo pulse homepage (Adrian Michigan 2008 letters in the sky) and tell me truthfully what you really think it could possibly all mean. Be honest thus remember, that any editing in a digital format (fraudulent computer enhancements) leaves undesirable signature distortions behind it. Therefore, it is next to impossible to modify a digital image without causing noticeable distortions in that same image.

My geography textbook is asking to find 6 tropical storms or tornadoes and i cant find a single one that includes:
1. A clear photo of the tornado
2. A detailed caption of the photograph.
the ones i have found are just photos or lists of tornadoes and only contain information such as " 60 people died"
please help me find one. it is already late and i still need to do another two essays of about 7 paragraphs and have a whole page of comprehension questions. PLEASE HELP!

I am a former wedding photographer of 12 years. July 25, 08
I was attending a wedding rehearsal that I was hired to photograph as well as the wedding. I always arrive early to take photos of the church of every wedding I do. I was not on the clock yet, but I wanted to arrive extra early on this rehearsal because the weather forecast was calling for bad weather and maybe tornadoes, so I wanted to make sure I got the photos of the outside before it started to rain.
As I started to take my photos on this gloomy day, All of a sudden, the sky became really dark, and the clouds started to form right above the church. And I thought that I had better hurry because it was about to rain. Then the clouds slightly parted to allow this very illuminating light from the sky to show. Then the clouds started circling, counter clock-wise around this light. So I started snapping photos like crazy because I thought this was the start of a tornado. How great would it be to get a photo like this for the bride and groom over their church. I was excited because a tornado is something I never took pictures of……
Then, just as quickly as it started, was as quickly the clouds dissipated and it became just gloomy again. I thought how strange that was and just went on because the first person arrived for the rehearsal.
Later, I was looking back at all my photos to decide which to keep or delete to use for this wedding. And this is what I captured……
The first photo is this circle with an image on the ground of a little girl with blond cropped hair. Zoom in to see better.
The second photo is the circle that turned into this light being on the ground. The colors are spectacular.
I did not see these at the time of the photos. I was more focused on the sky. When I first saw the photos I had taken, I was going to delete these because I was in such shock and a little startled. Then I realized that these photos were something special.
Later, I showed my husband and he pointed out the figure of a lady which the clouds formed around the light in the sky also.
I have been a photographer for a long time and I have experience with lighting. These images are not sun spots, glare, reflection. I have never seen this before in my life. I have looked on all the ghost and spirit sites, and I find nothing like this..
I am not sure to even tell my experience or even show my photos. I have for the most part, shared these photos to close friends and family members only. My light being does not scare me or those I have shown. It gives good feelings.
I feel it may be time to share these photos with other people. Maybe these photos will comfort someone who has seen or had experiences with light beings, so they know that they are real. There is something after death. Energy does not end.
I know some people are going to try and say I fixed these photos and there are going to be people who will not believe this and I’m ok with that now. I assure, these are true photos that are not tampered with or fixed. I still have the original chip negative it was taken with.
When I first showed family and friends, some would ask me if I fixed these, and those comments would upset me. Now, I do not care what anyone thinks. I know these are true photos.
Then I am asked what I think it is, an angel, Jesus, Virgin Mary, a spirit.
My answer is, I don’t know. I am no one special, but was chosen, for what ever reason to take the photos, that’s it.

The second photo is the light circle that turned into this light being on the ground. The color of the light ball is the same color as the bottem of the light being. The colors are spectacular. They were taken 13 seconds apart.
I did not see these at the time of the photos. I was more focused on the sky. When I first saw the photos I had taken, I was going to delete these because I was in such shock and a little startled. Then I realized that these photos were something special.

I want to see if I remember my facts right about tornadoes. Tornadoes are low pressure centers right? So the wind around them gets pulled toward the center of the tornado, at least until it gets caught in the rotation and gets pulled in and up, is that right?
I was just wondering, because I was watching the Weather Channel a while back, one of the It Could Happen Tomorrow episodes about a tornado hitting the DC area. They said it’s happened before, and showed this photo http://www.erh.noaa.gov/lwx/Historic_Events/michaelshore-tornadoorig-DC2.jpg with the Washington Monument in the background. But the flag in the foreground is blowing AWAY from the tornado, or at least on an angle away from it. Shouldn’t it be blowing the other direction? Is it just because the tornado was a smaller one and is still pretty far away? Or is the photo a fake? (If it is, some people are going to be pretty embarrassed on this one, not only was the photo used by the Weather Channel, but I got the link for the NOAA website).

Ok so I was sitting in class today (middle school history is so boring) and I took out a piece of paper and just started writing, not with the intent of it becoming anything. It can work as part of an alternate subplot of one of the novels im working on writing although i think it would work well a few paragraphs into the story. Please give any opinions.
…And thats when I saw it, alone in the field like a single shining star in the dark winter sky, there was a light, only bright as a flashlight but illuminating the dark surroundings. Something about this light i remembered, its fermiliar glow bouncing off the grass nearby. I don’t know what it was that made me curious, but with every step I grew nearer to the light until I couldn’t have been more than ten feet away and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t get my feet to move. I fell over, forwards, clutching my photo in my hand, my other outstretched fingers grasping at my necklace. I could hear voices coming closer. I felt the ground slip out from under me and fell again, head over heels rolling like a log going down a mountain.
