May 24th 2011, after coming really close to a giant wedge tornado in Lookeba Oklahoma, Holy Tornado then raced south to Chickasha were we once again got our visual of the mesocyclone just off to our southwest. Before this thing had condensed all the way to the ground, you could see the concentrated area where the funnel was about to emerge from the meso. It seemed like there was just a cloud of debris on the ground underneath this meso forever until it had finally fully condensed. Thereafter as the twister gets closer, it intensifies dramatically right outside Jeremy’s window. Shortly after this, you see it hit several homes in a small community and also hits a trailor house and lofts it out the back of the twister. We immediately start searching through rubble and debris. Sadly, one person perishes from this destructive twister and there were numerous injuries. May god be with the families that were effected by this and may the recovery process get underway fast and be quickly completed.
A tornado has leveled parts of Joplin Missouri. 117 deaths confirmed so far. Joplin was a town of 50000 people.
Filmed near Lookeba, Oklahoma during the May 24, 2011 Oklahoma tornado outbreak, this extremely close-up video details incredibly violent, chaotic motion within the main vortex of this long-tracked tornado — something rarely captured on video.

www.UltimateChase.com Exclusive video shot by Mike Theiss from ground zero of Hurricane Katrina’s historic 28 foot storm surge that ripped through Gulfport, Mississippi on August 29th, 2005. This video has a time stamp to give a complete and accurate timeline from the Holiday Inn beachfront hotel located directly on the beach in Gulfport. Also, included are shots from the Theiss-Device which is a camera housing designed by Mike to be placed in a place that would be too dangerous from any human to survive. This 13 minute video will give you a sense of just how bad Katrina was on the Gulf Coast without actually putting you in harms way !!! To see the entire version of this video about 2 hours in duration please purchase the DVD “Battle at the Beachfront”. http Jim Reed and Mike Theiss hope this documentation helps enforce a sense of storm awareness and a respect for the power of mother nature. When local officials ask you to evacuate just think of this video and ask yourself do you want to risk being put in a situation like this ?

The airport reopened on Saturday night for a handful of arriving flights, and officials expected around 70 percent of the scheduled arrivals and departures to go on as planned early on Sunday. Some 750 homes in the St. Louis region were damaged, and less than 100 were uninhabitable, by the 128 kilometres per hour (80 miles per hour) tornado, officials said. The Elie, Manitoba Tornado was an F5 tornado that struck the town of Elie, Manitoba on June 22, 2007. While several houses were leveled, no one was injured or killed by the tornado. Me and Tara were driving on the trans-canada right into the the thing, crazy kids, we drove past it about 100 metres away this is when the gap between the approach and the crossing occurs, the audio would not transfer from my Lg chocolate phone to my Macbook pro. There are a few times where we are like its coming towards us go go go, and another time like wow its getting huge. The ground was shaking so we peaced out pretty quick, Pretty sick experience!!! Tara was driving and I was filming from my phone. Just recently repaired my damaged phone to get the footage back and to share with all

Hurricane Footage; Strong Winds, Floods, Big Waves, Water and Wind Damage. A tropical cyclone is a storm system characterized by a large low-pressure center and numerous thunderstorms that produce strong winds and heavy rain. Tropical cyclones strengthen when water evaporated from the ocean is released as the saturated air rises, resulting in condensation of water vapor contained in the moist air. They are fueled by a different heat mechanism than other cyclonic windstorms such as nor’easters, European windstorms, and polar lows. The characteristic that separates tropical cyclones from other cyclonic systems is that any height in the atmosphere, the center of a tropical cyclone will be warmer than its surrounds; a phenomenon called “warm core” storm systems. The term “tropical” refers to both the geographic origin of these systems, which form almost exclusively in tropical regions of the globe, and their formation in maritime tropical air masses. The term “cyclone” refers to such storms’ cyclonic nature, with counterclockwise rotation in the Northern Hemisphere and clockwise rotation in the Southern Hemisphere. The opposite direction of spin is a result of the Coriolis force. Depending on its location and strength, a tropical cyclone is referred to by names such as hurricane, typhoon, tropical storm, cyclonic storm, tropical depression, and simply cyclone. While tropical cyclones can produce extremely powerful winds and torrential rain, they are also able to produce high …
