Hurricane Ike slams Galveston, Texas. Watch the huge waves hit the 17 foot seawall and shoot up 100 feet in the air. See two guys on bikes kiss the road when a wave hit’s the seawall.

This was taken hours prior to Hurricane Ike making landfall on the Texas coast.

I decided this could be a significant storm, despite many people defying the odds and disregarding warnings. Therefore it seemed like a historic thing to try and capture the essence of the weekend Ike hit Texas. Hope you enjoy!! (Really I just wanted to see if I could get a large number of hits without the video having “sex” in the title)
