What was the name of the hurricane that hit the southern part of Florida in 2005?
I was In Broward County and this hurricane hit and left the lower half of Florida without power for about 2 weeks. It was right before Katrina or the one after it? I just can’t remember anymore..

It was Wilma and it was right after Katrina, I think it was category 3.

It was likely Hurricane Wilma. That storm was after Katrina. You may want to search the web about that storm to read more information and determine if that is the exact storm that you are looking for. But by the looks of the storms that hit Southern Florida around that time and looking at the strength of those storms that did hit it was likely Wilma.
Good Luck.
