June 1 through November 30.
August and September are the hottest months of the year along the Gulf states. They are also the peak of hurricane season. But every year is different, there are not always tons of storms like in 2004 and 2005, they were off the chart record years.
Same as for the whole country. June through November.
Yes,for the past few yrs. there have been many storms.

Although in Orlando,FL there are a lot of storms due to high humidity at this time of year in the atmosphere so thunderstorms are in the forecast almost everyday.
