Where do you think Obama will take his smoke breaks as President?
Now that he’s promised not to smoke in the White House. Will there have to be a permanent shelter, built using taxpayers money, added to the White House lawn for him to smoke in, in-climate weather?
Have you seen the "Lincoln Bedroom"? It pales in comparison to the "Obama Smoking Shed!"

I’d smoke outside in the Rose Garden, if I were he. I don’t see why it’s any of our business if our president, who is otherwise physically fit in every way, wants to smoke. It’s his lungs.
P.S. I think you mean "inclement" weather, not "in-climate."
In the shed out back where Clinton would meet his trysts and where Bush would hide after he made bad decisions…which was most of his presidency.
