Why is God punishing Christians?
If they’re so rightous and they’re really his people?

I know some of you Christians will claim that god had nothing to do with it… but if you’re going to have an all powerful, almighty Christian creator of everything god, then you’re going to have to take credit for the bad as well as the good.

God is not punishing Christians. we are punishing ourselves. Global warming has caused many different storms by our greenhouse effects. No God has left us with free will and we are sure doing just that and destroying our world.
You, my good friend, are blaming God for our own actions. It’s time you stood up and take responsibility for your actions. Maybe someone will listen and we can start turning this around.

You are just as responsible as we Americans are and if you were a true Christian, you would have not made such a statement.
God is a God of love, but He is also a just God and will not let the guilty go unpunished. Just like a coin has two sides so is this God, one face is love but the other side is His justice. If you committed a crime against society, you will likewise have to pay the price of your crime even though the judge loves you. The Bible says the wages of sin is death.
We were not made as robots but were given a free will to choose between right and wrong. So if many decide to choose wrong, is it Gods fault??? Your notion is just crazy to its extreme, for you just speak with a darkened mind thinking you don’t have to take responsibility for your own actions, and when you kill somebody out of rage you them blame God….now people like this should be institutionalised for they don’t belong in clean upright society.

I do not pretend to understand all of god’s plan.
But because I know him I know there’s a reason.
suppose it was preventative because Earnest would have caused another tragedy (possibly accidentally).
suppose it was a test of faith, like the story of Job
suppose since god works through the natural laws he created the tornadoes effect meteorologically could be widespread
suppose that it was in mercy since earnest was to have a much more painful death to come.
suppose the house in the picture was structurally unstable and would have callapsed at a time when more people would have been injured.
Either way it is incredibly egotistical to think that you should be able to understand all the things of god, and that if you can’t than it must not exist.
Earnest isn’t in pain, he isn’t sad, he’s possibly the most happy person that knew him.
It’s the people left behind that have truly been hurt. And their mourning is healthy, natural and an honor to him.
First and foremost, why does it have to be the Christians God? God has many names. Your issue is that something happened to you which altered your mind, and caused you to dislike organization and law. Did you get sexually abused by a priest?
We were given free will. Lucifer was blessed with free will and he used his and look where he ended up. Like some one already said, things happen because people make them happen. Your one of them fools who would blame God for a family member dying. God has very little to do with the petty issues of man unless he states so. He is the Judge and the Redeemer. He has more important issues to deal with then some church getting destroyed. And If he did have a part in it, I guarantee that you will find warning of the churches destruction in scripture. Get your facts straight.

Stick to your futile astrological analysis, I have read articles that refute the accuracy of the stars conjunctions and the correlation between the zodiac signs. Flawed.
