Does that make everything I say right? Cool! These are two different things. I am in favor of reducing emissions. I am NOT in favor of 'cap and trade' as a means of reducing emissions. Crops for food and clothing and trees for building materials could all flourish and become a boon for all of us. We could capture the water from storms and put it to work for drinking water and irrigation. A network of pipes and aqueducts could transport the water to drought areas.
