Would you let me have this kind of hobby if you were my wife ?
I’m a fanatic of supercell thunderstorms and tornadoes, it’s like an thing that i am hooked onto. I’ve started having the hobbies of watching tornadoes back when i first got my 1st computer when i was 12 years old, we had dial up back then but i used to watch storm chaser’s tornado videos like all day. I’m 19 years old right and i have a laptop and i keep a bunch of photos and videos that i shot of thunderstorms when it rolled through my town and i would upload it to youtube for sharing, i have dsl now. But would any wife would let their husband have this kind of hobby ? Sometimes during a severe thunderstorm warning or tornado watch i would go outside and snap photos of the clouds before it rained. I don’t know if any wives ever accept this kind of hobby. Would an hobby of something like this will ever get into a way of a relationship ? I consider myself as one of these guys who dedicate their lives photographing storms.

I like to sit outside and watch thunderstorms with my bf.
I don’t see why she would have a problem with it as long as you were safe about it and didn’t spend ALL of your time on your hobby.
Um… Definitely not. I would not let my husband (If I had one) do that kinda stuff.
But, I am sure there are some wives out there that are willing to let their husband do stuff like that. Atleast you’re not doing worst things!

It’s fine and actually pretty cool. But just make sure you don’t spend all your time on your hobby and none on your girlfriend/wife.
Other than that, stick with it. It would be pretty cool if she became interested in it as well and you could do it together!
it wouldnt bother me. if my spouse were that passionate about something, id let it be. its similar to having a spouse in the military to me. you worry about danger when theyre gone but when they return, it feels so good knowing theyre safe. thats how i would look at it anyways.
You should do things that make you happy. If your wife is the right one for you, she’ll understand that

Hell yeah buddy! Your a man interested in Mother Nature! A real woman would find that intriguing. Just as long you are not wrapped up in it too much. Women need consisticy =) stay with your hobby dude. the world needs people like you!
I would accept it if i decided to be with him. Hey, there are ALOT of other things you could be watching or doing that’d be much worse!
there are much weirder things you might even find a woman who shares your enthusiasm as long as it stays a hobby and not an obession nothing wrong with it
